BRIGHTLINE X TED
Brightline Initiative’s goal is helping companies to bring ideas to life. To make things happen. To bridge the gap between complex ideas and final delivery. Under the umbrella of TED’s 2019 “Bigger than us” concept, closely related to the current political and environmental turmoil the world’s society is living in, Brightline’s activation invited “tedsters” to reflect on human relatable issues from a fresh and relaxed position.
The installation consisted of two different momentums:
1/The Data gates (reflection point): Where people could answer big questions by choosing to cross a gate
Once crossed the gate and back to their path, attendees could notice a second sign on the floor;
Is there a right answer?… Think with us at the Brightline Initiative area
2/Dashboard (where ideas come to life). Where people where asked to write down their plans and turn their ideas into reality by creating a colorful data visualization.
Once entering Brightline Social Space attendees could see three counters on the wall showing the results for each gate (live). Right next to it, they could read debate-driven content related to the topics of the gates. While the gates portray questions, the dashboard focuses on actions related to the topic.
Our goal was to make attendees understand that Brightline is a company that reflects on hot topics,
allows and understands all perspectives and therefore will be ready to take action on whatever challenges appear.
